Doulton W9222910 Imperial SuperCarb OBE Ceramic Filter elements are designed to fit in most Industry Standard 10-inch housings and offer a greater flow rate than the Slim-Line filter elements. The W9222910 Filter has all the features of the Imperial Sterasyl plus Activated carbon block, chlorine reduction and organics reduction and is excellent for use in Reverse Osmosis Systems. The Doulton W9222910 OBE Filter has a Sterasyl ceramic outer shell with a carbon block core. The Doulton Imperial Supercarb Ceramic Filter is a self-sterilizing filter that can be re-used over and over again to provide absolute micron filtration down to 0.9 microns, at an economical price. The cartridge is open on both ends (OBE) and fits in standard 10-inch filter housings.

The Doulton SuperCarb W9222910 is a three stage cartridge combining the highly efficient properties of ceramic with the enhanced water treatment properties of activated carbon.

First Stage: The first stage consists of Doulton SuperCarb ceramic which is manufactured to provide genuine submicron filtration. The cartridge reduces fine particulate matter, bacteria, cysts and turbidity.

Second Stage: The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure inhibits the growth of bacteria and gives enhanced bacteriostatic and self-sterilizing properties.

Third Stage: An inner core of Activated carbon block which removes chlorine, VOCs and industrial solvents. The Doulton Imperial SuperCarb ceramic shell is silver-impregnated ceramic. Doulton Imperial Super Carb Ceramic Filter W9222910 is ideal for RO guard and post filtration and complimentary to UV systems.
